Corporate advisory · Hong Kong
Market entry, corporate services and business advisory for international companies establishing or extending their presence across Asia-Pacific. Documented, audit-ready, quietly delivered.
What we do
We work with founders, boards and corporate development teams on the practical mechanics of cross-border business. Each engagement starts with a written scope and ends with a deliverable your auditors can read.
About
Cross-border work rewards patience. We prefer slow, accurate and documented over fast and approximate.
Jadoria Limited is a boutique advisory firm registered in Hong Kong. Our practice serves international clients who need a steady local counterpart for setup, sourcing and ongoing operations across Asia-Pacific.
We work selectively. Each mandate has a named partner, a written brief and a defined endpoint. We say no when scope falls outside our competence, and we refer rather than improvise.
The firm operates from Wan Chai, on Hong Kong Island — within walking distance of the regulators, banks and counsel we engage with on behalf of clients.
Approach
Every recommendation, decision and milestone leaves a paper trail. Your finance and legal teams can audit the engagement long after it closes.
You work with a partner, not a queue. The person who took your brief is the person who briefs you back. Continuity is part of the service, not a premium.
We work in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and French. Cross-border deals do not stall on translation, and nuance does not get lost between drafts.
Confidentiality and selectivity over volume. We decline mandates that cannot be done well, and we keep client names off our own materials.
Engagements & fees
Fees are quoted in writing before any work begins. We do not charge by the hour and we do not run open-ended retainers. Each engagement has a defined scope, a fixed starting price, and a documented deliverable.
Bank transfer is preferred for fixed-fee engagements. Cards and PayPal are available for invoices up to USD 10,000.
Contact
A few lines about what you need is enough to start. We will reply with a short note on fit before suggesting a call.

By engaging Jadoria Limited (the "Firm") you accept these Terms together with the written scope agreed for each mandate. The scope document, signed by both parties, prevails over any general provision below in case of conflict.
The Firm provides market entry advisory, corporate services and business consulting from Hong Kong. Services are non-regulated and do not constitute legal, tax, audit or investment advice. Where such advice is required, we co-ordinate with appropriately licensed counsel.
Each party shall keep confidential all proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination by five years.
Save for wilful misconduct, the Firm's aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid in the six months preceding the claim. The Firm is not liable for indirect, consequential or reputational loss.
Deliverables become the client's property upon settlement of the corresponding invoice. The Firm retains the right to use generalised methodology, frameworks and anonymised lessons in subsequent engagements.
Either party may terminate an engagement on 14 days' written notice. Fees accrued to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the HKIAC.
